mySQL fetching data into chart.. help.. extreme newbie/baby/infant. lol

Hello I'm extremely new at this and havent a clue.. sorry.. but Im trying. I know how to call the data from my database (Im using Ipage BTW) and I need to get Real Time data on my members to my site. I need to know when a new member site up, their descript.. etc. and a lot of other things. I just have no idea how to set it up. I do not want to input the data with all my member one by one. because I have hundreds of them. I just need to know how to set up the chart so I can have the database and chart communicate and then the chart displays all the data from my database that I want it to have. How do I code this? Once I get this.. I pretty much got how to create other charts that I need for my site. Thank you so very much in advance.
