Tool tip for Tree Map chart in Mobile devices

Is there a way to display tooltips for TreeMap charts in mobile devices? for desktop we can use hover event but in mobile devices since the touch event is already used for drill down to lower level details tooltips cannot use the same. Is there a way to include both tooltips along with drill down functionality in Tree Map charts?
