Google Chart Usage Policy - limitation on api calls

Hi all,

According to this page, https://developers.google.com/chart/image/docs/making_charts, there is no limit on api calls per day. But it may block by "abusive".

If I made 100,000 calls in a day, would I be blocked?

Hi Tommy,

That page is from the deprecated Google Image Charts, which is a ghost of a service and should not be relied upon for any use. To encourage people to move off of it and onto Google Charts, I've throttled it down to a fraction of its capacity. At 100K calls per day you will certainly find that your requests are refused, especially if you do them without spacing your requests out.
