Flat, horizontal gauge chart

I'd like to do a flat gauge chart with Google charts.  Something like this:

   A   B     C

   |   |     |

____________________

Basically, there is a scale (say 0 to 100) and I'd like to add markers for a few items in that range.

Is this possible with Google charts?  I haven't been able to find anything like this.
