Geo Chart don't show tooltip when doing mouseover on a tiny area

I have "Buenos Aires" which overlaps "Capital Federal" (it's OK that they overlap), and the tooltip only displays when doing mouseover on the area of "Buenos Aires". Notice that "Capital Federal" is really tiny.

Any workaround here? I tried the magnifyingGlass property, but it only works when using "markers" displayMode, and I need the "regions" displayMode for this.
