I know that we can do this with line graphs but by data is very scattered and does not work like that.

Is there any way to make a scatter graphs contain 2 sets of data and have their individual colors? I am looking everywhere and can't find an answer.

You would just merge the two sets into one datatable using 2 series.  So you would have 3 columns, one for x, and two for y.  Use null values for one or the other series when there is no value in that series.
