what are conditions for using Google charts

Am building a commercial projects. Please I will like to know if I can use google charts(Eg.Piecharts, linecharts etc.) in my commercial projects without issues.

There's no charge to use Google Charts, and no agreement to sign to use them. You are welcome to use them in your commercial projects.

I use a key I just copied from an article from the net.

But when my android is going live can I still use this key ?

Google Charts does not require keys. I'm guessing that you're using a Google Geochart and relying on the Google Maps API to do geocoding, which does require a key. That key is likely to have a per-day limit.
