Customization of Table Charts

Is there anyway to customize table charts: colors?, data alignment?

There are some documented ways to customize table charts.  See https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/table#formatters  and search for "cssClassNames".  Generally, you'll need to add CSS to change styles.
