Change "direction" of the Combo Chart Title on Second Axis

Hello, 

I am using a Combo Chart, and I am running into one small problem. 

The title on my second y-axis is "facing" away from the chart. Is it possible to have the title face towards the chart? 

I've attached a picture of my chart. Again, would like the y-axis title on the right to face towards the chart.

We don't have an option for changing the direction of the right-side axis title.  Doing a quick search for images of charts with dual vertical axes, it seems that more often, the right-side title is facing the same direction as we do it.   https://www.google.com/search?q=charts+dual+vertical+axis&tbm=isch

This is also more consistent with the slanting of the hAxis ticks.

The Material chart does face the right-side axis title the other way, but it doesn't support the combo features.  Sorry.
