Chart Not Showing after July of this year

I've inherited a project using Google Visualization in .NET / C# to make a bar chart. These charts appear on PDFs and after June/July this summer, the chart has stopped showing up.  I have just learned about this yesterday, so I'm still in the research phase, but I was hoping there may be some go to troubleshooting tips where charts have stopped working after a specific date.  Thanks for any insight while I dig through this code!

I was incorrect.  This stopped working in June.  I'm not sure if there was an update then or if this is a common problem.  I have stopped working on it to focus on other priorities, but need to revisit this month.  Any help appreciated!!  Thanks, again!
