Is Google chart free for commercial purpose?

I've seen two post:

The first one mention this:

Free to use for Commercial purposes?

And the answer is: Yes, Google Charts are free to use for commercial purposes.

The second one, this:

i have question. google char is not free?

Answer: The Visualization API is free to use (within the limits of the Terms of Service).  3rd parties are, in fact, prohibited from charging for the use of the API, so if there is a site out there which does so, you might consider informing Google about them.

------------------------

And reading "Google APIs Terms of Service", I could not find a text mentioning that you have to pay.

If there is a page, officially from Google mentioning that is free for commercial purpose, can you share it please?

That's because you don't have to pay :-)
