My Graphs values are Disable .. how will i endable that ... only i cannt see the values rest all can see whoever i grant access

Help! For some reason, my chart suddenly can't show values on top of the bars. Usually when I click on each bar, it will give me option to show value or not. But this feature is gone.. Pls help!
