google charts using php variable from SQL

Hi guys
I hope my question wont be duplicated. I try to find an anwser for about 2 hours on this.
I have the following code from the googlie pie chart. I had 3 variable from php with json ( I am a total noob with JS, i code with php) and i want the chart to use those 3 variables ( contra1, countrf2 and countni3 ) in the pie chart. There is some php code in the same doc so yes the $num_ra1 is declared and working, i tested this before. Right, now the code bellow output a blank page. the google tool on chrome give me this :

Help me please !
