creating a bar chart with an arrow pointing to one of the bars

I am new to google charts and I am trying to figure out how to go about creating a bar chart which has a grade distribution.  so each bar would represent the number of students in the the class that got an A, B, C, D etc.   I would like to have an arrow pointing to the bar which the current student falls into.  would that be possible with google charts?
