Tooltips flicker when hovering over them (v45?)

This is a bug since yesterday (version 45, I guess):

Go to https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/piechart#example

Hover over blue segment of pie chart until tooltip appears. Then hover of the tooltip itself.


With Firefox, tooltip permanently appears and disappears in rapid succession. With Chrome, tooltip appears and disappears as you move the mouse.

The tooltip should just stay open.

Thanks for your feedback.  We did change the tooltip behavior in recent versions, and we'll have to change it more to avoid the flashing.  If you want to keep the old behavior, consider switching to the frozen v42.
