How to plot a map for Latin America with gvisGeoChart?

Hi there,
I am trying to plot a map for Latin America using gvisGeoChart but it looks like there is no single code for this region, only Americas (which includes US and Canada) or divided zones for Central America, South America and Caribbean. I am looking for an option to plot Latin America including Caribbean in a single plot. I tried with the merge option but it doesn't look the way I need. Please your support. What do you recommend?
