Total Row on Table Charts

Hi there

I am looking to add a total row at the bottom of my Table charts.  It seems this isn't natively supported but it's possible to write your own code to do it.

Is this the best way?

Also, please consider adding this to be a feature request - seems to be a pretty basic requirement?
