create graphics with text files

I am putting together an IOT project with sensors, these sensors send data to a web page, I am visualizing that data with meters, I would also like to see that data in historical format, but no database uses to store data uses text files, as it is something didactic did not want to change to database, there is some way to use the google chart with text files
