Trying % in allValuesSuffix for Annotation Chart

Hi all,

I am trying to add % as allValuesSuffix for Annotation Charts.
It shows correctly on legends, but it multiplies y axis value by 100
e.g. if y axis tick value is 0.5 then it shows 50% rather than showing 0.5%
