Collapse items by default in Org Charts

I have a very extensive Org Chart and I would like to know if there is any way that when loading the chart for the first time at a certain level all the items would be collapsed and will be only open if the user click on the "father leave" to expand.

So instead of having this chart loaded:

to have this one where only the first level loads and then I could click on each Manager and expand.
