How can i remove CDN dependencies

I can see the code in loader.js file which makes a call to https://www.gstatic.com/charts/%{version}/loader.js

And this loader internally calls other css and js file from CDN.

Where can i get the npm package which is not making any CDN calls and can give me all the necessary files in the folder.

The public API of Google Charts currently relies on web pages always dynamically loading code, so there is no npm package of the code that you can get.
