Dual Y charts

Hello,

I want to display two series in a line chart, with two independent y-axes. However, these y-axes are computed automaticly and as you can see in my webpage (https://screener.blogbourse.net/epcr.html), data overlaps. Now I would like to change min-max of these axes but I can not find the right option to do it...
