Placing Bar Labels inside the bar in timeline charts

Hi,

I've been searching all over for an answer to this. I'm using the GVIS package in R to generate charts through the google API. When I create a timeline chart, it doesn't always place the bar label inside the bar, but sometimes places it outside. Is there a way to force the placement of labels inside the bar elements of the chart?
