Google Charts Cover and Disable Buttons When Scrolling

Hi! I have several charts arranged in a column, each in a separate div. I have a sticky navbar across part of my page, and when scrolling down the charts, the chart area covers part of my navbar, and also renders uncovered navbar buttons 'unclickable'. What's going on? Thanks!
