google chart rounding up the input data

as u can see in data input ['4',26480 ,4842, 21638]  in month 4 it will show as 26k  

id like for it to show as 26.4

is there a way to do this?

in the example code it seem to be doing it by default so am not sure what iv done to change it 

any help will be welcome thx in adv
