Word Tree Separating into even sized Columns

I've been working with a word tree for a while and I think an option to fix the words into columns would be a great update, also to decide what the width of each column would be. For example, I have a 6 column wide word tree and some branches of tree are shorter/longer than others. If there was a way to organize them all into columns so that each branch ended at the same length it would greatly improve the look and organization of word trees in my opinion. 

Does anyone know if there is a way to work around this?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
