How to insert an interactive pie chart in Google Doc sheet

I often face troubles in presenting vast data in a concise manner. A good solution to overcome this would be to use interactive piechart visualization and I found this content especially useful in educating me. So, I understood the coding stuff and also got an idea about how to modify the data and categories to suit my purpose. But as my job requires me to mail and represent the data on a regular basis, I don't know how to proceed after the manipulation of data sets. More specifically, I would like to add the piechart (and other diagrams) on a Google doc sheet or use mail interface for the same.

Please suggest me how to achieve that end. Also, if there is some online course that can further enhance my skills and teach me more about coding stuffs, I would be really interested. Please respond and get back to  me through mail.
