How to generate qr code from url with multiple arguments using chart.googleapis.com/chart?

The problem I'm running into is that my url (chl input) is itself a url with multiple arguments, and all arguments after the first are ignore. I think it's because the chart.googleapis.com url is interpreting any ampersand as a new argument for it -- as opposed to a sub-argument for the url I'm trying to convert.

Any ideas??
