Distinct in Query Statetment

Hello All,

My requirement is: From another workbook i need to import specific col and its value. Where as i need to take only distinct columns.
As shown in below i have repetitive month. i want to take the distinct one which has the child col: RM% and i have to fetch that specific value. Please help me with the query.
Example:
