Pie charts

I have a google sheet with 77 respondents and 40 questions and generating piecharts.

I have two problems:

1- the option explore only displays charts from the first 5 questions...

2-i would like to use both % and display values in the pie themselves. I managed to do it when i slected the chart from explore and then advanced edit and select values but it does not allow me to do this anymore?
