How to zoom in to maps in Google Spreadsheets

I am wondering if it is possible to see a country by districts or regions in the map chart feature in Google Sheets?  For example, I want to chart data for five districts in Rwanda. The closest that I can get is the entire region of Africa by customizing the region. But that is still too far away to see the data. Can I zoom in closer to just the country of Rwanda? Looks like maybe the United States is the only country that you can see by individual state/province.  So, I am wondering if there is a way to see other countries by province/region/district, etc.
