Copy to another tab by using Column Headers NOT Letter IDs

I have a csv file that has a few columns that are never in the same... well rarely.... place and sometimes a few aren't in the file at all.  

Text in these particular columns is not neccessary but the name of the column is the data I need to tag in documents (autoCrat).

I am trying to find a code to replace the text in these columns with the column header instead.

This code will have to take place on another tab because the csv files are imported daily and it erases any code when its replaced.
