Google Charts License Type

Hello everyone,

I would like to know what type of license does Google Charts API have? Is it MIT / GPL / GNU?

Google Charts API is still proprietary at this time.  You can only use the binary form of the library, and you can only do that by dynamically loading the code from www.gstatic.com. 

We are, however, working on open sourcing a subset of the code.
