Area charts with multiple column values in haxes

Hi,

I would like to present my data in an area chart. My sample data will be as below.

I have attached sample data and the area chart prepared from it in an excel sheet. I am able to plot the chart using asp.net and charts api. How can i display exactly as in excel. Like on x-axis how can show multiple column values. And how can i show specific column values on y-axis. If my doubt is unclear, please tell me so that i can provide more information
