Display ticks against each axis value in stacked Column Chart

 I'm developing a stacked column chart using google charts.Please refer to the fiddle mentioned below for the code written.

 I need help in solving 2 issues in this chart

  

1.  I need a small dash(or tick) to be displayed against each value in x-axis and y-axis.Please refer to the attached image(image only for reference purpose.This is not the actual chart I'm developing).Which property or attribute enables to display these ticks. (Priority issue to be solved)

2.  Display Y-axis line as x-axis line
