How to draw a dashboard with database as Google Sheet

I have to draw a visualization dashboard with Google Sheet as database. Please see attached Google sheet as example.

I want, when I click on Driver Name It should pop-up message box with info from Column D( "Trip Detail"). I think this can be done via Visualization Handling Event. Not Sure please help.
