Reduce row/bar height in Timeline

Dear All,

Started to work on Google charts few days back.

It is amazing that the usage is so simple. However I found few things difficult to customize.

One of them is reducing the height of rows in Timeline. When I add more data, I have to scroll down to see all data.

I would like to reduce the height of rows to some extent.

Any idea on this? Please suggest.

Hi Sanjay,

There is currently no option to shrink the row height. You may file a feature request for this here, and we'll implement this when we find the time.

Dear Sanjay,

I found out that the bars height is greatly reduced if you adjust the font size of the bar label. Try this:

timeline: { rowLabelStyle: { fontSize: 11 }, barLabelStyle: { fontSize: 6 } },
