Cannot Access chart.apis.google.com when i using IE 11

Problem : Internet explorer 11 (IE11) can't access chart.apis.google.com

but, IE 9, IE 8 , Chrome, firefox can access chart.apis.google.com

please, help me [ how can I access chart.apis.google.com when using IE11 ]

Same thing just happened to me.  Latest Windows updates updates were just applied (not sure which one affected yet):

I did changed other google API graph.

When window's KB series delete and success accessing chart.apis.google.com, it is my PC browser.

So I select [ change new google API graph ] : google.visualization.DataTable

Now, I'm not using chart.apis.google.com.

Please search how to using how to use google.visualization.DataTable graph API.

Just an update on my side.  Changing the API link from

http://chart.apis.google.com/chart
to
http://chart.googleapis.com/chart

solved the issue.

Good that you found a solution.  I don't know why this only affects IE11. 

It would be good if references to chart.apis.google.com/chart could be found and fixed.  Do you recall where you found that?

It seems there is a problem with the chain of referrers with IE 11.

If I try to connect with IE11 to http://chart.apis.google.com, it seems I am referred to https://chart.apis.google.com - the check of the security certificate here fails and exceptions to the rule are not allowed.
If I try to connect with Firefox to http://chart.apis.google.com, I seem to get referred to https://developers.google.com/chart/?csw=1 direcly, which works. If I try to connect to the https://chart.apis.google.com, I also see a fail of the check of the security certificate and the rule permits to add the page to the exception pages.

It seems to me, that IE11 is trying to always connect to the SSL-version of a website, which in this case fails, because the certificate is not valid.

Listen : Can not using old google api user.

I did test php this pgogram structure.

1. $Variable = Wget ("old google chart url"
2. Img src="$Variable"

When using php source, old google chart image show was successed.

if you want unchanged using old google chart,
1. Wget : old google api web url's request(ajax, php, other...)
2. Add in img src source
