is there anyway to create cell coloured (differs with the value in it) grid chart and add tooltip using google charts?

Something like this but more interactive and more coloured (appox 750 different tones) one?? isn't this a visualization and story telling chart, I mean if I'am at wrong place please direct me to the true.. thx for your quick help
