Line Chart taking long to load with 8900 points along with Chart Range Filter.

I have a line Chart in which I am loading around 9000 points along with Chart Range Filter and Tool tip. The screen takes very long to get constructed. Can we have some performance improvement done by any configuration.

I am using Tomcat as the Application Server.
