Strange issue with Google Chart / Calendar

We've a ionic app. 

A student-list page that shows list of students.

On picking a student a details page is shown with 2 tabs. Profile & Attendance. Profile doesn't use any charts,attendance  uses calendar.

First time in everything works calendar is shown correctly. If we navigate to student-list page and come back to student-details/attendance the app hangs (there is a memory leak).

If we use any other chart on attendance tab (bar / pie / annotation etc) the problem doesn't occur. It's only with Calendar. If we comment out chart.draw(dataTable, options) then again the navigation etc work fine.

Since it's production code I am unable to post it as is but setting up a sandbox project to highlight the problem I'll share that once it's ready.

Meanwhile has anyone encountered something similar? Is there anything I can try out?

I am not able to find the source for Google Charts / Calendar (I believe it's open source). Can someone provide the link to the source?

This turned out to be a non-issue. We're using ngrx as store & the issue was with subscriptions
