need help adding range to semicircle donut chart?

Need help adding range 0% -  100% on top of semicircle chart and also adding 33.3% in center? I am using google charts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

It sounds like the Gauge Chart is what you're actually looking for. To answer your question directly, you could abuse the PieChart and make it do what you want, but you wouldn't be able to get the percentage ticks, nor the current value in the middle.
