Yes, that's it.  MySQL monitoring out of control.

I actually just ended up removing the memcached and mysql monitoring all together.  Only details showing up for those services is on the host tab.  Nothing under the corresponding service tab (MYSQL or MEMCACHED).  Not sure what changed, it used to work.  Didn't appear to impact me getting billed for them. :/
