Installation fails

I just clone the latest master 

run_docker_test.sh fails see https://pastebin.com/QGPxbgxS

and installing on host according to https://github.com/google-research/football 

also fails when I run 

pip3 install --user git+https://github.com/openai/baselines.git@master

saying 

ERROR: gym 0.15.7 has requirement cloudpickle~=1.2.0, but you'll have cloudpickle 1.1.1 which is incompatible.

any idea what could be wrong? 

Shall I file a bug on the github ?

Do you have cloudpickle already installed at 1.1.1 version? If so, can you uninstall it and try again?

This is GYM's dependency from what I see, so the bug belongs to GYM/OpenAI Baselines setup.
