I am very sorry for the previous technical issues with the testing link. It turns out that some email registrations were incomplete on the Google Play Console side, which is why the page appeared blank or unavailable for many of you.

I have just updated the entire tester list and verified all of your email addresses. The system should now work perfectly across all regions.
