Hi,

The app is available and the closed testing release is active.

This error usually appears when Google Play cannot verify that the Google account is part of the testing program.

Please follow these steps exactly:

1. Join the tester group:
   https://groups.google.com/g/iraqnetglobul
2. Make sure you are signed in with the SAME Google account that joined the group.
3. Open the tester opt-in page:
   https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.kolione
4. Accept the invitation and become a tester.
5. Then install the app from:
   https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.kolione

If the problem continues, please send:

• The Gmail address used to join the group
• A screenshot of the group membership page
