Retrieving Report Job errors using the PHP API

Hello,

I'm trying to retrieve the ReportError object associated to a ReportJob, but cant find how to get it. Report Jobs with errors are not throwing exceptions, I can see the report job status is "FAILED", and waitForReportToFinish returns false, but dont know how to get the actual reason.

How can i get the ReportError object?

We are currently having issues with reporting in Ad Manager. We are looking into it and will update you as soon as its fixed.

We have an update on the issue. It has been fixed. You can also check Ads Status Dashboard. Can you please try again and let us know if you still face any problems?

Hi Prakash,

The issue has now been resolved. Can you retry the request on your end and let me know how it goes? If you're still encountering any issues, kindly provide the complete SOAP request and response logs so I can further investigate. You can send these to me via Reply privately to author option.
