We keep getting this error from a banner ad trying to link to their website.

The ad banner was working fine for months but stopped working recently.

The creative's url checks out fine within DFP when testing it. I've tried a different url to see if that makes a difference but it didn't.

Below is the error message. Any idea what I can do to solve this?
Thanks

Hi Alex,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Kindly reach out to the Ad Manager Community Forum for further assistance on your concern, as I'm afraid that this is more related to ad-serving rather than the Ad Manager API. The product specialists there should be able to provide better insights on this.
