Read replicas for Microsoft SQL Server ( enterprise version) is available in Amazon RDS.
Does GCP Cloud Sql have this feature ?

Hello,
I’ve inquired about your question and I found that although not guaranteed yet, SQL Server read replicas should be available as a preview during the first half of 2021 and will be GA (General Availability) by the second half.
If you are interested, please also get in touch with the sales team to ensure that you are included in the preview of this feature.
