Sync Error Cloud SQL

I am trying to use Google Cloud SQL as an alternative to AWS SQL to sync my companies measuring device data. We use the software GridVis to hourly access the devices (Janitza UMG605) via TCP/IP and sync the internal storage of the devices with the SQL data base.
I synced the same device with a SQL AWS-instance and a company intern MySQL server. Often (but not always) is there an error when syncing with the Google Cloud SQL instance (error message displayed below).
Has anyone an Idea what the problem could be?
